BUSINESS PORTRAITS

Business Portrait Session (Studio) – HK$2900

• Your business portrait is often your first impression to prospective employers and clients – make it outstanding.
• Over this 30-minute session, I will work with you to feel relaxed and confident, and create images that are professional, approachable and reflect a bit of your own personality.
• Choice of one backdrop at JCP studio (bright white, light grey, medium grey, patterned blue, or black)
• Together, during the session, we will choose 10 final images for editing. Images will be re-touched according to your personal preferences.
• Your 10 edited images will be provided in both colour and black and white (so you will receive 20 images in total).
• Optional: Bring a friend and split the session - $950 each, 5 final edited images per person in colour and black and white (10 images in total per person).
• Optional: Shoot at an outdoor location for a more natural or contemporary brand image: +$500 for travel and time

Business Portrait Session for Small/Medium Businesses -- HK$2000 for portable studio setup + $1,200 per person

• Shoot on location at your office for multiple employees
• Minimum of 4 employees
• 5 final edited images per person will be selected by the photographer and provided in colour and black and white (10 images in total per person).
• Backdrop choices for portable studio are light grey, medium grey, patterned blue, or black. One backdrop setup per session. Sample images of backdrops are available.
• Please note that bright white is only available at JCP Studio as it requires a full 4-light setup
• Final images will be provided online via a password-protected Client Gallery within two weeks of the session
• Invoice will be provided and session is payable by online transfer in advance (HSBC – Jill Carter Photography – 848-532446-838) or company cheque on the day of the photo shoot

FAMILY PORTRAITURE

Studio Mini Shoot - HK$3900

• Weekday or Saturday date and time to fit client availability (subject to Jill Carter availability)
• 30 Minute shoot at Jill Carter Photography home studio in Pokfulam
• Studio is set up as “”high key” bright white for a clean, minimalist, contemporary look
• 25 edited high res images provided via a password-protected Client Gallery on www.jillcarterphotography.com (gallery will be available for 30 days once live)
• Final images provided both in colour and B&W and selected by the photographer (you will receive a total of 50 images)
• Payable by online transfer in advance (HSBC – Jill Carter Photography – 848-532446-838) or cash on the day

Single Location Family Shoot - HK$4900

• Weekday or Saturday date and time to fit client availability (subject to Jill Carter availability)
• 1 hour shoot at client’s home or one primary outdoor area (beach, park, Central HK location)          
• 50 edited high res images provided via a password-protected Client Gallery on www.jillcarterphotography.com (gallery will be available for 30 days once live)
• Final images provided both in colour and B&W and selected by the photographer (you will receive a total of 100 images)
• Cost includes travel on HK Island – for other areas, additional $500 Travel Charge will apply
• Payable by online transfer in advance (HSBC – Jill Carter Photography – 848-532446-838) or cash on the day

Multi-Location Family Shoot - HK$5900

• Weekday or Saturday date and time to fit client availability (subject to Jill Carter availability)
• 1.5 hour shoot at client’s home (combination indoor and outdoor space nearby), or other area (beach, park, Central HK scenes)
• Multiple scenes and one wardrobe change possible
• 70 edited high res images provided via a password-protected Client Gallery on www.jillcarterphotography.com (gallery will be available for 30 days once live)
• Final images provided both in colour and B&W and selected by the photographer (you will receive a total of 140 images)
• Cost includes travel on HK Island – for other areas, an additional $500 Travel Charge will apply
• Payable by online transfer in advance (HSBC – Jill Carter Photography – 848-532446-838) or cash on the day

BIRTHDAY PARTY/EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Birthday Parties/Event Photography:

• Unlimited* number of lightly edited** high res JPEG images provided via a password-protected Client Gallery on www.jillcarterphotography.com 
• * “Unlimited” means as many as look great – blinks, flash misfires or unflattering expressions will not be included. Images will be selected by the photographer.
• ** “Lightly edited” means cropping, colour adjustment and lighting adjustment to make images look terrific. This does not include skin retouching or Photoshop alterations to the person or scene.
• Private gallery will be available for 30 days once live and can be shared with all guests who can download images as they please – makes a terrific Thank You gift to attendees!
• Cost includes travel on HK Island – for other areas, an additional $500 Travel Charge will apply

COMMERCIAL/PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

• Custom images for your business put your product and image in the best light possible. I will work with you from art direction (concept creation, story-boarding, image styling) through photography and post-production editing to create unique and beautiful images for your business.
• Fees are based on photographer’s time plus number of images
• Initial consultation meeting is free. Art direction planning and photography sessions are billed at HK$1000/hour. Time will be estimated and invoiced prior to the photo shoot and is payable in full prior to the photo shoot via online transfer (HSBC – Jill Carter Photography – 848-532446-838) or a business cheque on the day.
• Best images are selected by the photographer, edited and placed in a password-protected client gallery
• Client then purchases final images of their choice from the client gallery through PayPal or credit card through PayPal.
  • Commercial interior and lifestyle images are HK$130 per image.
  • Product images on pure white, medium grey, black  or transparent backgrounds are HK$200 per image.
• Images are provided as high resolution JPEGs in sRGB colour mode. If you need images in other formats (such as PNG files or in CMYK colour), this must be agreed and noted during the planning stage.
• Special editing beyond basic editing, which includes cropping, colour correction, exposure correction and light balancing) will require additional charges and will be quoted per job (examples: skin retouching, retouching of product to remove dirt specs, addition of reflection in product images, etc)
• Licensing Terms:
  • Royalty-Free Commercial Use Licence -- The owner, Jill Carter Photography, ("Owner") of the copyrighted photograph being purchased (the "Work"), hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce, and distribute the copyrighted Work and to incorporate the copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, into derivative works for sale and distribution.
  • You are prohibited from using the Work for any other purpose, including: selling or distributing electronic copies of the Work as standalone files or as part of a product from which a person is able to extract the Work as a standalone file; distributing the Work in or as part of an electronic template (e.g., as an image available in a word processing or web page creation application) intended to be reproduced by third parties on electronic or printed products; or using the Work as part of a trademark, service mark or logo.
  • Owner retains all other rights in the Work and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute copies of the Work in all markets and territories.
  • In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work.
  • This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future.
